Multistation carroussel with PU foam injection in closed moulds, for headrests manufacturing
Rotative carroussel with high precision mechanical indexing (EXPERT).Stations numbers : 6 to 24, with manual or automatic mould carriers.
1 RIMSTAR 16/16 PU injection machine moved by a 1 axis robot, with self cleaning unit.
Production : 7000 to 10000 parts a day in 3x8 hours shift for "in situ" parts.
