1863 - Gustave Pinette founds THURILLES PINETTE, a specialised compagny in re construction, re pair and sale of machine tools.

1984 - The HOLDING LAGOUTTE group acquires PINETTE EMIDECAU INDUSTRIES (PEI) who designs and builds equipment for the transformation of plastics and composites for the automotive and aeronautical industries.

1998 - Founding of PEI inc Ohio U.S.A.

2009 - Founding of PEI GmbH in Zernien, Germany
