Fully automatic line :

• vertical loading of blanks by a 6 axis robot
• 2 stations vertical short waves IR heating (30 seconds), avoid saging
• press transfer conveyor
• horizontal 2 platens press (electronic synchronisation)
• unloading by 6 axis robot
