PU foam + heavy layer sound insulation sandwiches production line.

Multistation carrousel or multistation fixed mould carriers for PU foam injection (closed or opened) for sound insulation sandwiches including EPDM heavy layers, compressed felt for car interiors.

2 to 15 stations carrousel, with heavy layer preheating and loading or fixed stations (2 to 8).

1 RIMSTAR 40/16 injection machine, feeding 1 or 2 6axis robot(s) with self cleaning + 7 axis in case of fixed stations, or 2 to 16 injection heads fitted on moulds, with distribution circuit.

Rate 600 to 2500 parts/day in 3x8 hours shifts.
